Salary Supplement Report Due [posted 07/18/25]

State agencies and institutions must report certain salary supplements to the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts, the State Auditor’s office and the Secretary of State by Sept. 15.

Limits on New Accounts, Funds and Revenue Dedications [posted 07/11/25]

House Bill 4488, 89th Legislature, Regular Session, continues the policy of limiting the number of new general revenue accounts, special funds and dedications of revenue.

CAPPS is available 24/7 with the following exceptions:

Daily: 4:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m.

Thursday: 10:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (midnight)

Sunday: 4:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (noon)

Third Weekend of the Month: 11:00 p.m. on Saturday – 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Sunday

Note: Any additional exceptions beyond those listed above are coordinated through the established Governance process.
